I am Minkyung Shim, an artist who expresses a synesthetic and free-spirited sensibility born from the psychological harmony between music and painting. My creative process begins with rhythm, emotion, and sound — intangible elements that are then translated into visual form through the image of a cat, my long-standing artistic muse. For me, the cat symbolizes intuition, independence, fluid movement, and emotional resonance, making it the perfect vessel to carry my inner world.
