Hi, my name is Anna Song. 
I am an artist and picture book author. 

In 2007, I won the Korean Andersen Award for Excellence in Published Art.
I published a picture book called "Dada's Chair" in 2009. 
I received an Honorable Mention at the International Contemporary Art Exhibition in 2023 and a Special Mention at the 1st Korean Women Artists Painting Competition & Pariart Fair.  
I received a special award at the 5th IKAP International Kun's Art Surprise hosted by Kun's Gallery in 2024.

I work on the themes of slowness and the possibility of being found in stillness. My work focuses on visually expressing unnoticed moments in everyday life and the vitality they contain. In particular, through the "Sleeping Sloth" series, it captures what appears to be a slow pace but is constantly dreaming and moving forward.
